We’ll cross the maquis—the Corsican underbrush exploding with a potpourri of flowers and plants. Our first stop will be Corsica PAM, in the center of the Prunelli Valley, where Paul and Jean-Pierre Caux built their essential oil business from scratch in the village they grew up in. Afterwards, we’ll visit the honey farm Jardin des Abeilles. The Casalta Family will welcome us on their farm and share their passion for this sweet, golden nectar. Along the educational trail to the river, we’ll see a glass beehive and safely observe the bees at work. At the end of our tour, we’ll enjoy a tasting of Corsican honey on the patio in the magnificent garden.
